Land Based Projects: A Pathway to Purchase, Permit and Design

The City of Detroit is working to improve the process for purchasing and permitting land based projects. A land based project uses land for urban agriculture, gardening, beautification and other productive uses, whether for profit or as community based activity. DCDC led the community engagement that informed how the City of Detroit could streamline their approval processes to help community members navigate the pathway to achieving their project.
